New patients: Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time if you have your new patient packet completed. Arrive 30 minutes early if you do not have your new patient paperwork completed and need to do so in the office.
Follow up/established patients: Please arrive on or before your scheduled appointment time for follow up visits. Your appointment time includes medical assistant triage prior to being evaluated by your provider.
If you arrive after your appointment time, there is a possibility that we may have to reschedule your appointment to allow the proper level of care. An example is if you’re scheduled for a 30 minute appointment and arrive 10 minutes late, the front desk must triage paperwork, the medical assistant must triage the patient. It could possibly allow your provider 5-10 minutes for evaluation. Our providers give quality care and must have adequate time to do so. Late arrival will need to be assessed by our clinical team to see if there is any possible way that we can keep your appointment commitment. This is based on many daily clinical variants and can be determined when you arrive. We do understand there may be an occasional circumstance and we do our best to try to keep your appointment.
