Welcome to Bridgemill Neurological Associates. Our Woodstock location provides convenient access to high quality neurological care for Cherokee County and surrounding North Georgia areas. We offer high quality care coupled with caring supportive staff and believe it is not only about the medical aspect of the patient, but more importantly, about the relationships we form with them. We have a spacious facility, ample parking and handicap parking. If there are special needs, please feel free to contact our office ahead of time.
New patients: Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time if you have your new patient packet completed. Arrive 30 minutes early if you do not have your new patient paperwork completed and need to do so in the office.
Follow up/established patients: Please arrive on or before your scheduled appointment time for follow up visits. Your appointment time includes medical assistant triage prior to being evaluated by your provider.
If you arrive after your appointment time, there is a possibility that we may have to reschedule your appointment to allow the proper level of care. An example is if you’re scheduled for a 30 minute appointment and arrive 10 minutes late, the front desk must triage paperwork, the medical assistant must triage the patient. It could possibly allow your provider 5-10 minutes for evaluation. Our providers give quality care and must have adequate time to do so. Late arrival will need to be assessed by our clinical team to see if there is any possible way that we can keep your appointment commitment. This is based on many daily clinical variants and can be determined when you arrive. We do understand there may be an occasional circumstance and we do our best to try to keep your appointment.
If you are in need of neurological care or consult, we do ask that you have your physician request a new patient consult for you on your behalf and send us their relative records. Your physician can do this via fax at (678) 494-9573. Once we receive their request, we will contact you to schedule your new patient appointment. This allows us to provide the highest level of care for your needs. If you have had scans within the past year, we would prefer you bring the disc over the report as our physicians would like to review the actual images. If you have seen a neurologist in the past, we will require review of those records prior to scheduling a new patient appointment for you. Once reviewed, we will be in contact with you regarding an appointment. New patients can print or download new patient paperwork directly from this site. Feel free to mail completed forms to us ahead of time or bring them with you to your appointment. Your new patient visit and paperwork will be the most time intensive visit for both you, our staff and providers. If you have questions concerning your visit or paperwork, please feel free to contact our office and we will be happy to help.
We offer our established patients online health services through our portal via this website. Online services include online appointment scheduling, access to medical records, prescription renewals, online payments, ask the nurse, and much more. Our portal is our primary communication expressway and offers the fastest response from staff to the patient.
Prescription Refills: Please allow 72 hours for prescription refills. Please have your pharmacy fax refill requests to (678) 494-9559. When refills are completed, you will receive an automated response via the patient portal. Contacting our office before the 72 hour window will interrupt and slow this process.
Bridgemill Neurological Associates was formed in 2005 by Dr. Stephanie DelGaudio-Riemann. Other providers we have on staff are Marsha Alexander, RN MSN FNP-BC.
